    In September 2026, AI-Ready Educators was delivered to the full faculty at the Early College Charter School, part of the Integration Charter Schools network.

    One sixty-minute session with all staff, followed by department-specific breakouts. School leadership surveyed every participant across all six sessions of their fall institute.

    AI-Ready Educators was the highest-rated session of the week. Twelve of twenty educators selected “immediately applicable” — the top rating available. It drew the fewest requests for follow-up of any session on the schedule.

    Roughly half of the school's students have Individualized Education Programs. Most of the staff had never opened an AI tool before that morning.
