Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rebrand Institute of Tech Equity ("RITE") website, portals, messaging programs, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SMS Messaging Terms

- Program Description
- RITE sends operational and administrative alerts to authorized staff, contractors, and enrolled program participants who have provided their mobile number and consented during onboarding or registration.
- Message Frequency
- Message frequency varies.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out
- Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or STOPALL to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages.
- Help
- Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or email kay@rebrandtech.org.
- Carrier Disclaimer
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent Is Not a Condition
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment, enrollment, or receipt of any RITE service. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your role or participation.
- Supported Carriers
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of one RITE messaging program does not opt you out of other programs you separately consented to; you must reply STOP to each program individually.

Use of Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, portals, or networks
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Collect or harvest information from our website without permission
Program Participation
Participation in RITE programs may be subject to additional terms. By registering for a program, you agree to provide accurate registration information, comply with program rules, and treat other participants, staff, and volunteers with respect.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum, and software, is the property of RITE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Donations
All donations to RITE are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to apply donations to our general charitable purposes unless specifically designated by the donor.

Our website, messaging programs, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any message will be delivered within a particular timeframe.
