One workshop clears the month
Every session on the calendar pays a flat $50 floor — about $25 an hour for a two-hour workshop. Dues run $47 a month, $27 if you're in the first 25 seats. Host once, you're square. Everything past that is profit — and the room is your shot at finding leads, not a guarantee that every seat in it is one. Get vetted now and you're first in line the moment paid slots open.

Two to three minutes, async: here's the workshop I'd run for this room. The best filter there is — it tests the expertise and whether you can hold a room.

Weekly Review
Batched, not backlogged. Vetted in, and the coaching doesn't stop there — ongoing training to get more out of every session. Not selected? You still get one honest, specific reason — never silence.

Give a strong workshop, prove you know your craft, and the door's open to make deals on the side — most communities call that poaching. RITE Vibe calls it the point. One client out of that room can cover more than a year of what you paid to join. The one hard line: this privilege belongs to Expert Contributors only. Ordinary members don't get to cold-pitch the room — vetting is what earns you the right to.

Java Hardge is the Founding Program Director of RITE Vibe, where she designs the mixers, programs, and community experiences that bring builders together across cities and backgrounds.
She also leads community learning strategy at the Rebrand Institute of Tech Equity — making sure the Vibe isn't just a great night, but an on-ramp into real skills, real networks, and real opportunity for everyone who walks through the door.
Her whole focus here: create spaces where self-taught builders, domain experts, and curious newcomers all have the same shot to connect, learn, and ship something of their own.
